After our amazing walk we went swimming and snorkelling, I really did not know what to expect as there’d are no hard corals in the Galapagos islands and I thought I would be disappointed in snorkelling but it was truly unbelievable.
It was amazing to say the least we immediately saw 3 turtles, then a large White tipped shark shot through between us, a spotted eagle ray, a manta ray and lots of very colourful fish. We then came across a young blue footed boobie who was very intrigued by us and kept an eye on us much of the snorkel.
Then I had one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had diving or snorkelling 3 sea lions decided that they would play with us for about 20 minutes, the idea was once you could get eye contact with them they would copy your movements it was so much fun.
